Pembrokeshire Marine Code Group
Pembrokeshire Marine Code group is working for the long-term sustainable use of the Pembrokeshire coast and waterway for waterbased leisure and recreation. The partnership of local wildlife tour, dive charter operators, stautory, regulatory and voluntary organisations have developed a voluntary code of conduct applicable to all forms of waterbased activity. Adoption of the Pembrokeshire Marine Code by all users will help to protect the diverse wildlife and habitats of the coast whilst ensuring that such activities are sustainable. The group also aim to develop an understanding of the behaviour and distribution of wildlife throughout the Pembrokeshire coast by contributing sighting information to local and national recording schemes.
