We offer the opportunity to undertake a FREE ILM Level 2 Award in Team Leading from the Institute of Leadership and Management in order for you to progress within the workplace. The courses run one day a week for 4 weeks, then a break to allow for assignments to be completed, then a fifth day for tutorials and one to ones. You will receive a training needs analysis and all the support and guidance you need to build your career.
