Members of the BBC National Chorus of Wales We're famous for being a musical nation, and many of our choirs can be found online. Let us know if you want us to include your website.

    Formed in 1910 but with roots dating back to the 1870s.

    Bridgend Male Choir

    Formed originally as a police choir in 1960, this 90-strong choir were Eisteddfod winners in 2004.

    Cavatina Singers

    A well-established four-part choir based in Penarth. The members meet to enjoy singing and to perform at concerts, generally in aid of various charities.

    Cwmbach Male Choir

    Founded in 1921, Cwmbach Choir from the Aberdare area has performed as far afield as South Africa, Hungary and Canada, and alongside the greats such as Paul Robeson.

    Llandaff Cathedral Choral Society

    Established in 1937, this choir has performed most of the major choral works, including a number of new commissions. The Society gives at least three major concerts each year in the cathedral including its own carol service in December.

    Vivace Singers
