    Cwmaman Institute Silver Band

    An Eisteddfod-winning band that rehearsals twice weekly at the Cwmaman Institute.

    Newport Borough Brass Band

    Rehearsing on Mondays and Thursdays at Newport YMCA, with beginners and junior sections.

    Ogmore Valley Silver Band

    A competing band with over a hundred years of history.

    Parc and Dare Band

    Based in Treorchy and more than a hundred years old, this is one of the most renowned names in Welsh banding.

    Regimental Band of the Royal Welsh

    As seen performing the national anthems at the Millennium Stadium. The only all-brass band remaining in the British Armed Services, it's seeking new members. As it's a Territorial Army band you don't have to be a full-time soldier to play in the band.

    Thomas Coaches Mid Rhondda Brass Band

    Tredegar Town Band
