Golf
Fancy a round of golf? Brian Davies of the Welsh Golfing Union thinks that everybody should give the sport a try.

So why not Give Golf a Go?
Wales is a country perfectly designed for the game. There are some 200 courses, all affordable for the beginner and all set amidst the most spectacular scenery.
Fighting off considerable competition from Scotland and England, Wales is extremely proud to have won the right to host the Ryder Cup in 2010.
It is undoubtedly the most significant event to grace Welsh golf, particularly as it is the first time in its history that golf's greatest and most prestigious team event has crossed over the border into Wales.
But you don't have to wait until 2010 to sample the delights of golf.
Why not call your local club, or driving range facility, or the Golf Development Wales team who will be delighted to point you in the right direction.
