"Now that the government have come out with this thing that men should ensure that full permission is sought from any potential partner to deflect the cry of rape, may I suggest the following...

1. The government to issue a form/document of permission to all women.

2. the form to be signed by the woman.

3. the woman's signature be witnessed by a third party, unconnected to either the woman or the man involved.

4. the form be submitted to a local solicitor or Commissioner for Oaths prior to the sexual act taking place.

"Once all this has been attended to, then the event can occur.

"That is if, by which time, the man has not given up and gone down the pub for a pint or two!"
