Weds 15 February - Politicisation of the police
"They're at it again these slow witted MPs, or is it they lack comprehensive capabilities in the English language?
"They are now talking about the police being forced into a position of politicisation.
"Who are they kidding? The police is a 'political' force as it's very name implies.
"You can take the policeman out of politics, certainly, but you cannot take politics out of a force deliberately established to ENFORCE the political decisions of the legislature.
"It may well be that some apsects of decision making by the government of the day are intolerable to certain police chiefs and some members of parliament, but what's new?
"The police force was always under attack from some sectors of the establishment. They, those sectors, complained, usually when it was their patch that was encroached on by whatever political decision, being then enforced at the time, impacted on them.
"Nothing has changed, the present and previous governments are all as guilty as one another for these activities passed by the majority government, for whatever agenda they are following; be it overt or covert. The latter being the usual format.
"This is just anothr one of those passing fads that will be all over and done with any day now, then it will all settle down, until another bone of contention hits the headlines.
"In the meanwhile, we, who pay the inflated salaries of all these morons, are subjected to yet more bull in the news media, making it appear that they are doing something for OUR benefit, when in truth it hardly impacts on us in realistically general terms.
"Never mind, it keeps the darlings tiny minds occupied, and their persons out of our hair.
"The unfortunate thing about it all is of course, whatever they ultimately decide on as a course of action, invariably means yet more financial take from us, via the taxation system."
