"This line used to run from the Rhondda valley bringing coal down to Barry."

This picture made me a little sad. It was such a pretty line to travel on. I remember Creigieu in the 1940/50's when it was a lovely village with beautiful woods that were full of bluebells and primroses in Spring. We used to cycle there from Pontypridd to pick them. The village has certainly changed, and I'm not sure it's for the better.
