Performed by Greenlawn Primary School, New Inn

I'd like to have a talk with you,
what's been going on
I feel as though I'm in the dark
when things are going wrong
I know it's hard to let it out
to the ones you know and trust
But friends are here to help you through,
when you need us the most

How can I show you the dangers drugs create
How can I get through to you
just what will it take
Can't you see what's happening
right before your eyes
Your best friend is tricking you
deceit betraying lies

I wish I had (Wings to fly)
Another way to (Find that high)
Struggling to deal with the troubles and strife
Surely there must be much more to this life
Think to yourself at the end of the day
Can I leave it behind, or just walk away

What do I do know
If she ends up dead
Too late now I'm feeling regret

Horrified, scared, total devastation
As the problem sweeps across the nation
Think twice don't pay the price
Don't pull the trigger, don't roll the dice

Struggling to deal with the troubles and strife
Surely there must be much more to this life
