This webcam shows a view of the banks of the River Usk in Newport where a new city centre campus for the University of Wales is currently under construction.
The camera is facing roughly north west - beyond the construction site you can see the white girders of the Usk Footbridge, the pale blue Riverfront arts centre, and the Town Bridge leading to Clarence Place.
