Older people now are very outgoing, and very committed to the future. You still think about years and years ahead. I do worry about things like how are we going to have energy, how are we going to do things without fossil fuels?
There always has been war. It seems to be in the nature of man, but I think the environmental thing is scary.
What are we going to do? Do without it, pay more and more for it, it becomes more important to us. Yet we all use our cars don't we, I mean I do - we all use them.
We really should be trying to persuade governments to do something, to take a huge commitment, and spend a lot of money on trying to cut down on traffic, and trying to find a really good alternative to fossil fuels. That's the way it's got to be done - it's got to be done through governments taking control.
There always has been war and that sort of thing. It seems to be in the nature of man, but I think the environmental thing is scary.

Gillian Morgan, Blackmill, Bridgend
I thoroughly enjoyed Margaret's contribution, I particularly liked her pictures and comments about Bridgend.
