Underground lair

The Doctor and Rose find the Nestene Consciousness lurking underneath the London Eye, in the heart of London.


However, the climactic scenes were not shot underneath the Thames, but in a disused paper mill in Grangetown, Cardiff.

By day, it's just another industrial location.
