A new community arts trail is being launched in Cardiff. The Women's Arts Association, based in Butetown has run a series of art workshops entitled 'Postcards from Home' working with women from across Cardiff.
Local artists Holly Davey, Becky Adams and Judy Foote, ran workshops in community centres in Riverside, St Mellons, Butetown and Shirenewton Gypsy and Travellers Site. They worked with women to create artwork representing what 'home' means to them.
Their art work is on show at the 'Living Room' installation in the Old Library in Cardiff from 13th - 27th September. Images of the artwork will also be screened on the Queen Street screen in Queen Street, Cardiff.
There's also a series of drop in workshops taking place where you can have a go at creating your own postcard inspired artwork. Admission is free and families are welcome.
