I'm the assistant director for Crazy About Music And Entertainment. I've been with the group now for three years since it opened.

The core founders are Richard Jones and Rhian, my wife and best friend. They initially set the group up to give young people from the ages of nine to nineteen the opportunity to get up on stage and perform. In turn, it helps them with their confidence and self esteem.

We're currently working on two shows. The first is going to be a disco sensation show. The second show is to commemorate a hundred years of Aberdare's little theatre. They've asked us to put on a special show for them. It's going to be big hits from the fifties right through to the 2000s.

The biggest enjoyment for me is seeing a cast member come through the doors for an audition, nervous and panicking. We take them on and they go on and perform in a show which is absolutely fantastic.
