I'm 22 and from Hirwaun. I play for a local football team in the Aberdare league and we're not very good.
We're bottom of the league. We have training down the 'Ynys' and in the sports centre. We're advertised locally in the papers and on the radio.
We play in Aberdare Heatwise League 2, and all the teams are pub teams from around the area - from Aberdare and Mountain Ash and places like that. There's a few teams from up in Hirwaun as well now. Most of them are pub teams, there's hardly any villages.
I play everywhere. I normally play in defence, but they put me in mid field or up front sometimes, so I can't be that bad if I make the team every week. There's a few boys who've got set positions, and there's a couple of us who can play everywhere. It works - that's the main thing.
We'd like to start winning games, but we're losing week in and week out. We're not going to get anywhere by doing that.
The players have got ambition in the team, but we can't work well together. We're just not good as a unit - just rubbish.

All your team need to watch afew league games together th have some idea what your purpose is on the field, without a plan before you go out , you are wasting your energy and time Get Focused. and good luck.
