Snowdonia 1890 Uncovered

In Snowdonia 1890, two families will experience the harsh realities of Victorian life in rural Wales by stepping back in time and living as if it were 1890.

Using a range of historical resources, our themed video clips take a look behind the scenes to examine the evidence and find out more about daily life in the nineteenth century. Linked to the Key Stage 2 History curriculum in Wales, they offer a model of how to find out what life in 1890 was like in your local area and provide a springboard for ideas of where to look, who to contact and what to ask.
