Burak, I just ran into this site on the internet. I was very proud to see that another TURK is representing our country in a competition in the world. I listened to the viedo clip and wish you the best in the competition! I don't have to know you... Your heart is in the arts and that is more than enough! and isn't winning a small gain in the giant scheme of sharing this experience with the others anyway?

Ali Agirkaya

Great that a Turkish singer is participating in the contest this year for the first time. Many people do not know that there are opera houses in Turkey. The country boasts a classical music tradition, thanks to post WWI leader Ataturk, who recognized art as a powerful agent to integrate Turkey in the civilized world. And as Burak proves, there are great voices, too. Think of the superb Leyla Gencer. I wish Burak lots of good luck. Whatever the outcome, Turks will be proud of him! BURAK, BASARILAR, SENINLE GURUR DUYUYORUZ.
