It's an industry battling against production moves abroad, but one sewing factory is bucking the trend. AJM Sewing in the south Wales Valleys village of New Tredegar is carrying on a proud tradition of lingerie-making in the area - thanks to some quite exotic underwear.
Owner James Meller's had no management training and says he could do with help to grow the company and make it sustainable - especially in today's climate.
