J W & E Morris
The Bridgend-based engineering firm was established in 1945 - and at the helm is a man who was an apprentice way back then.
David Kearle says he's seen some changes in that time - and he could be about to witness another. His son - also named David - is managing director. And he's invited Dr Paul Thomas in.
He says he knows Paul has controversial views - and he's hoping he'll introduce new ways of thinking to his workforce.
But will his workers be up for hearing them? And what will the managers make of the thought of their roles disappearing?
