"Life is a succession of moments they say, so hopefully the ones we share on Sunday mornings will be of the finest quality.
It's an hour that allows me a certain indulgence.
Roy's Rarebits is a kind of Noble a la Carte rather than a set menu and will offer my personal choice of the past week and times past.
Through chat, experience, 'doings and don'ts' and of course, music, the strands are collected together with melody.
In other words, it's a bit of everything, in chat and song.
Roy's Rarebits also offers a return for something that's been missing for some time now - the weekly letter from Aberdare.
Will it stand the test of time and the increased postage rates? Well, there's only one way to find out..."
