The latest on the Rhod Gilbert show on BBC Radio Wales
The Kids are alright... aren't they?
After our sojourn to the sunny streets of Cardiff, Rhod and Corkey are back in the studio this week, and will be joined by hilarious comic Steve Williams. As people everywhere start to worry about what's happening to our kids, we want to know what you think they should be taught in school in this week's Think Tank.

The Think Tank: What should we be teaching our kids?
It's a biggie - this week we want to hear what you think we should be teaching the little ones in our primary schools. A major review of primary teaching by boffins at Cambridge University reported this week that not enough is being done to teach children the arts and humanties, as pupils are "tied to their desks" (not literally one hopes) scrapping their way through literacy and numeracy tests.
What do you think?
We were always slightly under the impression that test papers were there to be doodled on, and that school was all about concoting wildly implausible excuses for late homework - but what do we know anyway.
So what should we teach kids in school these days?
What skills should we be equipping our young with in order to cope with the modern world? Understanding the complex rules of X-Factor ("if you're mad, you're in")? The world of uses an elastic band can be put to? How to create mp3 player playlists that will impress friends and infuriate schoolyard enemies?
Let us know - send in your thoughts using the form below.
Also on this week's show...
We'll be joined in the studio by acclaimed stand-up comic Steve Williams, who's gigging this week in Cardiff.
We'll look at the story of the Swansea man who told the truth for a whole year (he says, though you never know, he could be fibbing), but who came unstuck near the final hurdle when confronted with that hand-grenade that many men dread, the "does my bum look big in this?" no-win question from his girlfriend. We've pondered running an entire two hour show in which Rhod and Corkey only tell the whole truth to each other, bereft of the usual embellishments and white lies that make everyday life bearable. However, whether we can do this and stay on air is another question entirely, so expect this feature to go the same way as our long-lived weekly "I Don't do that!" feature that no one responded to.
That said, if there's something you've always wanted to say to someone and you feel getting it off your chest on air is the way forward, we're happy to oblige - send your message in using the form below.
Plus as always Rhod and Corkey will bring us up to date on what's been going on in their worlds this week, and we'll play some great music.
