RUGBY: This week Rhod's show is coming live from Old Deer Park, the home of London Welsh RFC. We'll be bringing you all the build up to Wales' first Six Nations match of the season against England.

The show will feature all the usual rugby-based entertainment including 'Omens' and the 'Drop Goal Quiz'.

THE THINKTANK: The Thinktank has a rugby theme this week too. Put simply, we want to know how Wales can win?

Do you have any bright ideas to pass on to Warren Gatland and his coaching team? Or a bit of constructive advice for the players? Let's face it, they'll need all the help they can get.

Last year the Rhod Gilbert show was directly responsible for a great win against England in Cardiff. We advised the team to 'go out and win it' that day, and look what happened. A famous victory that will go down in the history books as one of rugby's most memorable battles, with Wales winning 27...... something. Unfortunately, we forgot to give them such advice before all the other Six Nations clashes, with devastating consequences.

So, this Saturday let's put our heads together and come up with a plan.
The boys need our help. It's been some time since Wales won at the home of English rugby, but with your help Rhod is sure we can win and win well.
