You can hear Oliver every weekday morning from 6 AM, presenting Good Morning Wales with Felicity Evans and Bethan Rhys Roberts.

BBC Wales TV and radio presenter Oliver Hides was born in Aberystwyth in 1970, was educated at Plascrug Primary School, Aberystwyth, Christ College Brecon and the University of Southampton where he gained a BA in philosophy and politics.

After leaving university, Oliver's first move into broadcasting was as a reporter for Radio Ceredigion. He joined BBC Sport Wales in November 1994 as a sports reporter.

Prior to his duties presenting Good Morning Wales, Ollie could be heard presenting its sister programme Good Evening Wales and commentating on football and boxing for the station. His hobbies include fishing and music.
