Fans of rugby will be familiar with Mr Lewis - Gareth can be heard on BBC Wales TV and here on Radio Wales as the presenter of popular rugby show Scrum V. Scrum V Radio , every Thursday evening during the season, brings you all the news and analysis of the game. Since early 2008 Gareth's also been the presenter of the free Scrum V podcast, available to download and keep from Mondays at 8:00 AM.
The Bridgend-born presenter has worked at BBC Wales since 1999 after returning from college in England. Even during a four-year exile in the dark depths of East Anglia, he managed to tune his radio just enough above the crackle to hear the news from back home on Radio Wales, little knowing he would one day end up working for the station.
