SHOULD FOREIGN LORRY DRIVERS USING BRITISH ROADS HAVE TO PASS THE UK DRIVING TEST? The family of a couple killed in a crash with a Hungarian lorry driver are calling for overseas drivers working in Britain to have to pass a UK test. Kenneth and Daisy Davies from Welshpool, died in April 2008 when Istvan Kotorman's vehicle cut across their path. So do we need to clamp down on these drivers?
