DO YOU STILL GO TO CHURCH? One bishop says it's time for the church to shed its middle class Marks and Spencer image and start appealing to Aldi and Asda shoppers instead because that's probably where Jesus would have been queueing. All denominations are getting ready for Back to Church Sunday this weekend, when they try and get more bums on pews. So is the church dying in this country and does it matter if it does?
SHOULD WE SAVE THE PANDA? An eminent conservationist says we should let pandas die out because there's no habitat to sustain them. He's calling it an evolutionary cul de sac. Is he right? Or should we fight to save them? Or do we just want to save them because they're cute? We don't get so worked up about bugs that are close to extinction do we?
