He became a household name the the 1980s presenting numerous cookery programmes - often with a glass of wine in hand. HOW BIG IS YOUR BIN? How would you manage with smaller bins? Welsh councils are being encouraged to provide householders with smaller bins to get more people recycling. Waste Awareness Wales says that reducing the size of bins would help councils meet their targets for recycling and would cut the amount of waste that is sent to landfill.
