WAS THE RETIRING CHIEF CONSTABLE OF NORTH WALES A GOOD POLICEMAN OR A MAD MULLAH? Richard Brunstrom, the Chief Constable of North Wales police retires today. He's a controversial character. He once said ecstacy was less harmful than aspirin, he filmed himself being tazered and put it on the internet and he was famously called a mad mullah by the Sun newspaper for his apparent obsession with speeding. So was a good policeman or a publicity seeker?
