SHOULD BREAST SCREENING BE SCRAPPED? One in three breast cancers detected by mammogram could be harmless. Some women are having breasts removed unecessarily. WAS THE RETIRING CHIEF CONSTABLE OF NORTH WALES A GOOD POLICEMAN OR A MAD MULLAH? Richard Brunstrom, the Chief Constable of North Wales police retires today. He's a controversial character. He once said ecstacy was less harmful than aspirin, he filmed himself being tazered and put it on the internet and he was famously called a mad mullah by the Sun newspaper for his apparent obsession with speeding. So was a good policeman or a publicity seeker?
