Newsagents and other retailers in England and Wales will be banned from displaying cigarettes, tobacco products and adverts, under plans by the Government. The Westminster Health Secretary, Alan Johnson, has said he'd ban smoking if he could, but it wasn't feasible. Instead, he's proposing that all sales must be made from "under the counter".
