Louise and Mal run the Cardiff Half Marathon

On Sunday 18 October, after many months of training, Louise Elliott and Mal Pope put on their running shoes - along with some 11,000 others - and pounded the streets of Cardiff in the city's Half Marathon. Regular listeners to the show will have been following Louise's progress, until recently joined by Jamie (who had to pull out after breaking his tibia in the Cardiff 10K). It all kicked off at 9 AM and the two of them valiantly crossed the finish line 2 hours, 29 mins later.
