Louise starting to knit the scarf

Louise wants to knit the longest red scarf in Wales to celebrate the Six Nations and support Warren Gatland and our boys - but she needs your help!

You can knit on any size needles, with any wool, but it must be red and it must be 7" wide. How much you knit is up to you, the longer the better!

Send us your scarf pics
We're showcasing your pictures of your progress with your bit of the scarf - so send us a pic of you and your bit and we'll add it to the site.
Email it to: jamieandlouise@bbc.co.uk
or Text it to: 8 10 12 during the show (your usual rates apply).

Getting it to us
