Golden Years - Flashbacks
The first test of the 2009 Ashes kicks off in Cardiff on Wednesday 8 July, and to mark the occasion we're playing an hour of hits each day through the week, from one of the memorable years when England won the 'tiny urn'. On Tuesday we played hits from and talked about 1971 - when Louise was a tiny lady fond of riding her trusty steed Silver - as the picture below shows:

Monday saw us play hits from 1981 - when we all looked a little different - as did Louise of course, as the picture below testifies (its from a family trip to London to celebrate the wedding of Prince Charles and Lady Di...).

Louise keeps on running...
Regular listeners to the show will have been following Jamie and Louise as they train up for the Cardiff Half Marathon later in the year, trained each week by Gwynne Griffiths. As part of her training Louise (and Claire from the production team) entered the Cwmbran Race for Life on Sunday 28 June - here's a few pics...
