In the Radio Wales series that aims to get your mouth watering, chef Angela Gray goes to events around Wales, samples the local cuisine and concocts culinary masterpieces with the finest fresh Welsh ingredients.

Programme 1

Angela visits the RHS Spring Flower Show in Cardiff to get a flavour of the show, the people and exhibitors. After taking inspiration from the show she rustles up Sorrel Soup and Spinach and Cheese Pie.

Programme 2

Angela goes behind the scenes at the Mela Indian Festival at the Brangwyn Hall in Swansea. While she's there she takes a look at the background of the event, finds out what's on offer in terms of food and talks to traders, visitors and organisers. Later she cooks Spiced Lamb and prepares a fresh coriander chutney

Angela interviews ramblers, organiser and those who volunteer at the Anglesey Walking festival. Later she cooks a banana cake and Thai chicken noodles.
