Age Concern Cymru

Age Concern Cymru aims to give a voice to the older generation in Wales and ensure they lead a fair and fulfilled life. It has a helpful and easy to use site that covers everything you need to know about the organisation, as well as facts about older people living in Wales.
Care and Repair Cymru

Care and Repair Cymru has agencies to help elderly and disabled people with home repair and maintenance. The service includes advice on housing options, monitoring of the quality of building work as well as support and assistance when arranging alternative accommodation.
Cymdeithas Tai Eryri

This charitable housing association provides homes for rent and also low-cost home ownership schemes. It aims for people to afford high quality homes as well as contributing towards the development of communities in North West Wales.
GISDA

GISDA is a local group aiming to help and support young, single and homeless people in the Gwynedd area. It offers suitable permanent accommodation which ranges from hostels to shared flats for people aged between 16 and 25 who are homeless.
Welsh Women's Aid

This site explains what domestic abuse is and how you can give or receive help. There's plenty of advice and information, including links to groups in Gwynedd, Conwy and Anglesey, and a page for children who are affected. Suggested by Llinos Alun.

Agoriad

Agoriad is a charitable company based in Bangor providing training and assistance for people with learning and mental health difficulties in Gwynedd and Anglesey.
Ty Gwydr/The Greenhouse

Greenhouse is a community centre in Bangor run by volunteers to promote, support and accommodate local community groups. Office space, conference rooms and computers are available at the centre for groups to use for classes and meetings.
