The proverbial game of two halves, as both teams had opportunities to decide this match, but eventually had to settle for a share of the points - probably a fair result.
A well-organised Haverfordwest outfit gave Bangor little opportunity to turn on the style in the first period and took full advantage of their possession to take the lead with a lobbed effort from Darren Ryan after 20 minutes.
The second period was a different story however, as Bangor hit back immediately with a low drive from skipper Paul Roberts, and pressed hard throughout the half only to find visiting keeper Lee Kendall in flamboyant good form.
Haverfordwest came back strongly in the final last few minutes, but the home defence maintained its recent impressive streak to deny the West Walians.
