Enjoy this great walk taking in Mynydd Bodafon, a valuable heathland refuge for wildlife, with great views over Anglesey and a number of hut settlements at the summit. Explore the burial chamber and settlement at Din Lligwy and visit the Morris Brothers Monument.

As in a dream I can visualize these walks that I knew, as child, like the back of my hand. I am once again in Moelfre, playing with my friends and walking along these well worn paths. That has been many moons ago but I can still remember.

Don't forget the superb statue of Lifeboat Cox Dick Evans which is on the coast path by the lifeboat station at Moelfre. Not to be missed. Great coffee shop and gift in the village too which does great home made food. On a clear day the views from Moelfre stretch from the Gt Orme to Snowdonia,

I know the coast form Moelfre to Traeth Bychan in one direction and to Lligwy in the other, the latter is probably my favourite walk..
it has superb views, the historic site of the loss of the Royal Charter, the famous life boat station at Moelfre and spectacular views
also you can get a cup of tea in the little shop at the car park in Lligwy
another super walk is form Benllech to Moelfre along the headland and across the beach at Traeth Bychan, tide allowing.
