July 2009 saw Wakestock celebrate its tenth birthday. Despite torrential rain on the Saturday, and a lot of mud on the Sunday, the crowds came and the show went on.
BBC News reports.
Backstage chat: Find out what Dizzee Rascal, The Zutons, the Super Furries and others thought about this year's music in the mud.
Down on Pwllheli prom: See some shots of the wakeboarders in action and find out why so many were having trouble with the waves this year.
Mud, music and mayhem: Look back on some pictures of a very muddy, but fun Wakestock '09.
Tips from the top: Radio 1 DJ Huw Stephens, plus wakeboarders, musicians and fans pass on their festival knowledge.
Anticipating 2009: Moby, Brandon Block, Huw Stephens and Y Promatics were looking forward to taking part in Wakestock '09.
There will be three special TV programmes from Wakestock on S4C.

I was backstage with Dizzee Rascal! What a charming individual! He is such an inspiration to me and Wales!

It is actually Penrhos where the musical event is held, not Llanbedrog.

Why not visit the Llanbedrog Info website [see link here] for all you need to know about Llanbedrog, after all that is where the main musical event will be held, not in Pwllheli or Abersoch. If it's anything like last year, wellies are needed! Enjoy the event in our lovely village of Llanbedrog.
