Careers Wales

Helpful website giving advice to people of all ages with regards to learning whether studying for fun or to improve career prospects. Site includes a CV generator, interview games, career ideas and learning choices.
Deeside College

Located in Connah's Quay, this further education college offers a range of full-time, part-time and evening classes in many different subjects.
Glyndwr University (formerly NEWI)
www.newi.ac.uk

Affiliated to the University of Wales, NEWI offers degree and postgraduate courses as well as part-time and evening classes.
Learndirect

Learndirect deliver online courses in a variety of subjects. To sign up for a course you'll need to visit a Learndirect learning centre. There are several in North East Wales, located in libraries, colleges and community centres. Once you've signed up you can follow the course at your nearest centre or at home.
Llandrillo College

The main campus is in Rhos on Sea, but Llandrillo College also delivers courses in other locations including Denbigh Community College and Rhyl Community College.
Llysfasi College

Llysfasi College is based near Ruthin and offers a range of courses including agricultural studies. Wrexham Training, based in Wrexham, is Llysfasi's sister college and offers many courses including beauty therapy and hairdressing.

Based in Denbigh this organisation offers classes to Welsh learners, from beginners to advanced students, across Denbighshire and Flintshire.
University of Wales Bangor - Lifelong Learning Department

The University of Wales in Bangor also has centres in Wrexham, St Asaph and Mold offering a variety of courses in different subjects.
Welsh College of Horticulture

Located in Northop, this further and higher education land based college offers a wide range of full-time, part-time, professional short courses, work based learning programmes and day and evening leisure courses.
Women's e-village

The women's e-village in Rhyl provides technology courses for women. Flexible timetables are used to provide as many opportunities as possible for women to fit learning around their other commitments.
Workers' Educational Association

The WEA, which merged with Harlech College in 2001, offers education to adults in the community. They hold courses in Wrexham, Flintshire and Denbighshire in a variety of locations throughout the community.
Yale College

Based in Wrexham, Yale courses are also on offer in many other locations. The college offers daytime and evening classes and Saturday College, which provides courses at the weekend.
