Llangollen & Castell Dinas Brân

Last updated: 17 December 2007

Enjoy the view from Castell Dinas Brân's perch - without any of the sweat of climbing to the top! For the most part the climb is steady but it's in the final stages that the walk becomes particularly steep. Having said that, the well sign-posted walk takes about an hour and 20 minutes from Llangollen town centre - that's 1 hour there and 20 minutes back - but once at the top you'll understand why the castle ruins prove such a draw with visitors.
