Where are you from? br>Originally Udon Thani in Thailand but I now live near Wrexham.
Tell us about your favourite Thai food br>Phad Thai is often called the national dish of Thailand, it is found everywhere. It is as popular as fish and chips in the UK, but I think it is much nicer and much better for you. It is very quick to cook but the preparation may take much longer.

Very importantly you need a pot of Phad Thai sauce (available in most Oriental supermarkets). Then soak one packet of 3mm rice noodles in cold water. Chop 300g of pork or chicken into medium slices. Have 250g of beansprouts ready and finely chop four spring onions. You need four eggs, 100g of crushed peanuts, some light soy sauce and one lime (quartered). The noodles will be ready to cook after three hours. Drain them. Then heat two tablespoons of vegetable oil in a large wok over a medium/high heat. Crack open and throw in the eggs and stir quickly then throw in the meat and keep stirring. Add half the pot of Phad Thai sauce, keep stirring. Reduce heat to medium and add the noodles, mixing well, then add the peanuts, some soy sauce and bean sprouts, mixing them through before finally adding the chopped spring onions. Make sure it's all mixed through and it's ready to serve. Squeeze lime juice over and eat with chopsticks. Serves four.
What British food do you like br>I love traditional British roast dinners with roast potatoes, gravy and all the trimmings. I also like steak and chips!
