Where are you from?
Lisbon in Portugal.

What Portuguese food do you enjoy eating?
Cozido a Portuguesa, which is different meats and chorizos boiled with vegetables and potatoes and Bacalhau com Natas, cod with cream.

Your recipe
Carne de Porco a Alentejana
The main ingredients are pork meat cut into cubes, clams, fried potatoes and coriander. Cut the meat into cubes, put it into a saucepan with the clams, coriander, beer, red pepper, garlic and salt. Leave to fry for 20 minutes and then fry the potatoes in cubes too and serve them together.

What British food do you enjoy?:
Traditional fish and chips!
