Gareth and Falmai Roberts run Llaeth y Llan dairy in Llannefydd, Denbighshire.

What's your involvement with food?
Producers of dairy foods.

How did you get started?
We had a surplus of semi-skimmed milk and needed to generate more income.

How important is food in your life?
It's very important to have quality and full traceability on the food we eat.

What's your favourite food and why?
Meat, fresh fruit and vegetables, dairy - milk, cheese, yogurt. Goodness and flavour!

Favourite local produce and why?
Cheeses, meats and free range eggs.

Favourite place to buy food
Good butcher, farm shops and delis.

Favourite place to eat
White Horse, Hendrenewydd. Bistro, Betws y Coed.
