speech marks Back in the 1970s I organised Darts leagues and knockout competitions to be played during meal breaks in the canteen. These proved very popular and on one occasion the finals were played at the Sports and Social Club at Chester, with a presentation evening. A bus was arranged on private hire to take the lads and wives / girlfriends from Flint depot to Chester. I drove. We all enjoyed the evening and its one memory of working at Flint on the buses that will never be forgotten by me. speech marks
