Tremeirchion: 50 Words for 50 Years

Christmas carols
As a child, Christmas really arrived with carol practice in Uncle Bryn's parlour, packed like sardines with the men singing in undecipherable tonic solfa.
But the best part was performing on Christmas Eve: a convoy of carollers singing for mushroom vol-au-vents and mulled wine, and permission to stay up late.
