Grupo Musical Feminino from Oporto in Portugal

The very first choir to arrive in the town in that June week of 1947 was Grupo Musical Feminino from Oporto in Portugal. They had driven all the way, over the Pyrenees and through France, and there was an audible sigh of relief as their bus rolled down Castle Street.
