I have been away from the town for a while, but picture 3 is most certainly not Love Lane, it's Park Street. Having spent 6 years trudging up and down that hill on my way to the High school, it is a climb I shall never forget!

Wow - what a surprise. How well I remember making the "coins" for the Love Lane float - and baking, what seemed to be thousands of sausage rolls for the party. Hope you don`t mind, but I have downloaded the pictures as three of them show my late son, Stewart, dressed in his pirate outfit.
