Deestriders Running Club are a small running club with around 35 members. Again, they cater for competitive runners, or those just trying to keep fit. They meet at 7pm on Tuesdays at the Corus Sports and Social Club in Shotton, or on Thursdays at the Deeside Stadium. Wrexham AAC are involved in cross country, fell, road, track and field running. They welcome athletes of all ages whether they are fast or slow and their aim is to have fun as well as compete at all levels from local meetings to Commonwealth Games. Congratulations to Wrexham AC and members for performances at the Junior Welsh Championships. Kieran Cooper rewrote the record books in the under-13 long jump achieving a new indoor record with 4.92m. Hannah Thomas was victorious in the under-17’s 60m and went on to win the high jump, equalling the championship best performance with 1.60m.

I used to attend the Deeside running club and was wondering if there was anyone that wanted to run around the Mold area where I live as there doesn't seem to be a running club in Mold.
