Q: Colin Sheen, Bagillt: "Can anyone give any information on the whereabouts of Stockyn Hall, possibly in the Bagillt/Greenfield/Holywell area. Does it still exist?"

I stayed at Stokyn Hall last Saturday. It is a beautiful b&b just passed the Sunday market site. Will be returning!

Stockyn Hall still exists in Holywell. It is now a bed and breakfast. My husband descends from George & Mary Roskell nee Potts who owned Stockyn Hall at one time.

Stockyn Hall still exists - it's between Greenfield and Mostyn, opposite Knitmesh on the coast road. I should know because I was brought up across the field from it.
