View the skyline of Wrexham from the top of St Giles, the town's parish church and one of the Seven Wonders of Wales. When this image was taken in Spring 2003 the demolition of Wrexham Lager brewery was underway. In fact, you can see dust in the air just behind the blue rooftops of Island Green shopping centre and Central Railway Station. Unfortunately, the distinctive tower block Wrexham Police Station is hidden behind the stonework of St Giles, but the giant sloping roof of Wrexham Waterworld can still be made out.
