Although born in Wirral, Scott moved with his family to Grosvenor Avenue in Rhyl when he was a schoolboy. He attended Ysgol Llywelyn and Rhyl High School where he studied English and media studies before going on to Liverpool's John Moores University. According to Rhyl's local newspaper, The Journal, school pupils and staff have been cheering Scott on throughout the fourth Big Brother series. The newspaper also makes reference to the number of times Scott has talked about the resort whilst in the Big Brother House. On one occasion he said Rhyl was the best place to be on a New Year's Eve, and he recalled the occasions when he joined thousands of other revellers in fancy dress on the streets of the town. Away from Big Brother, Scott spends his days working as a marketing co-ordinator in Liverpool where he dreams of scoring a goal for his beloved Liverpool FC. The BB website says that in another life Scott would like to be a doctor so he could save lives - or he'd like to be Kylie Minogue's dog. Scott, whose idol is funnyman Peter Kaye, says he's always up for a laugh.
