Biography:
Myfanwy Talog, who died of breast cancer in 1995, was known to be one of Wales' most loved actresses, appearing in both Welsh and English language programmes.

Myfanwy Talog Williams appeared in numerous television series during her long acting career. In the BBC comedy guide , she is listed appearing in three shows: Ryan and Ronnie, a Welsh-language show that also became an English TV comedy, Teliffant, a Welsh-language children's sketch show, and The Magnificent Evans, starring Ronnie Barker. She was also in the Welsh soap opera, Dinas, and appeared in early episodes of Bread. Myfanwy's voice featured in the cartoon, the BFG, and she was the narrator of the Welsh cartoon series, Wil Cwac Cwac

The long term partner of Sir David Jason, he took time off work to nurse her when she became ill with breast cancer.
